What are the arrival and departure times?

Check-in at 3:00 PM and Check-out at 1:00 PM.

Where should I register?

All guests must be registered at Front desk.

What happens if I do not leave my room at Check-out time?

You will be charged from 50% up to 1 full nights stay according to schedule.

What is the maximum capacity by room?

Our Double rooms have a maximum capacity of four people and our Single rooms are perfect for couples.

Do I have to pay in full upon arrival?

Yes, at arrival time guests are expected to pay in full for the length of their stay. A major credit card would be needed as a guarantee for any subsequent charges.

How long in advance should I cancel my reservation?

If you wish to cancel your reservation it must be done 72 hours in advanced by e-mail or by phone. To cancel a group reservation, you must notify by calling or e-mail at least 10 days in advance. We consider as group a reservation of 3 or more rooms.

How can I guarantee my reservation?

To guarantee your reservation you must make a 50% deposit or leave a credit card as a guarantee. Once this is done, you will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation.

What happens if I do not cancel my reservation?

If the guest does not arrive by the day of reservation and does not cancel 72 hours prior, full payment will be charged on the credit card left as guarantee for a full nights stay.

Do you have smoking rooms?

Villa Toscana Hotel is a 100% smoke free space. We have designated smoking areas inside our gardens. Otherwise a fine of $2,600 pesos will be charged.

Is the hotel pet friendly?

For the moment, no pets are allowed inside our rooms. Our staff in service will be happy to help accommodate your furry friend at a local pet hotel.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?
